Topic: Breaking Curses & Yokes

What is a curse?

A curse is the opposite of blessing. It is an affliction that opposes God's plan for our lives. We're breaking curses individually and corporately, and declaring that no curse can reign over or infiltrate our ministry.

3 Types of Curses:

1. Generational - Assume you are the recipient of the curse and/or the starter of the curse. If you have ever done anything sexual with the same sex or opposite sex, you have altered your bloodline. It triples with your bloodline.

2. Received - These are curses others have spoken over you.

3. Occult - These are curses that have been transmitted through the practices of witchcraft, sorcery, horoscopes, etc.

What is a Yoke?

To be yoked means to be subjected to a particular power.

Types of Yokes:

- Yoke of Sickness
- Mental Yokes
- Yokes of Slavery
- Unequally Yoked
- Yoke of Sin
- Yoke of Religion
- Yoke of the Prover
- Yoke of the Pleaser
- Yoke of the Rescuer

Isaiah 10:27
The anointing destroys the yoke. Create a lifestyle of prayer.

Congregational Repentance

According to Acts 3:9, we repent and receive the refreshing of the Lord.

- We repent for pride and arrogance.
- We renounce any and all involvement in activity that is ungodly.
- We turn back to your truths.
- We tear down evil altars raised by anyone in our bloodline that still impacts us today, known and unknown.
- We receive forgiveness, according to Ephesians 1:7.

The Word of God/Promises/Blessings

- We receive the love of God.
- We receive your holiness and righteousness.
- We submit to your will, purposes, and plans for our lives.
- We will walk in the authority of Christ and Christ alone.
- We are anointed for change and transformation.
- Our relationships are Godly and God-Ordained.
- We receive the healing power of Jesus.
- We will live until a ripe old-age.
- We release the fire of God to burn in our lives.
