Conquer Anxiety, Depression,and Grief God’s Way

Inner is a small group within the Greater Atlanta area that aims to assist individuals in managing their mental health with the help of Christian guidance and the support of other believers. With the guidance of a Christian-licensed professional, our program is designed to provide believers with the tools they need to conquer depression and anxiety in a godly way.

In addition to mental health, this group engages in discussions covering a range of topics, such as

Grief, Loss, and Death of a Loved One

Divorce, Breakup, and Family Issues

Trauma, Abuse, and Phobias

The Inner eHuddle take places on the fourth Monday of each month. Our sessions are open to all members and guests of Encounter Atlanta.
